Chief Land Surveyor, Michael J. Foster, has been
surveying the Bay Area since 1983. Michael worked
for Moran Engineering in Berkeley for many years
before starting Bay Area Land Surveying, Inc. in
1995.
Michael is very familiar
with local survey control and working with
public officials in the cities and counties in
the area. He knows what the planning and
engineering departments are looking for in their
submittal packages. His experience, knowledge
and ability to communicate clearly provides our
company with a competitive edge in a highly
technical
industry.

Office and Field Technician / Land
Surveyor in Training (LSIT) Ayele
brings over twenty years experience in surveying
to our company both in the field and office.
With an MS degree in Survey Engineering, he is
very detail-oriented in preparing maps.
Currently a Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT), he
has passed the national portion of the Land
Surveying licensing test and is looking forward
to becoming fully licensed next
year.
Jennie
Campbell
Office Manager /
Notary jennie@balsinc.net Jennie has been has
been with Bay Area Land Surveying, Inc. since
2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Environmental Studies and a Master of Arts
degree in Geography.
In November of 2008 she received
her Notary Commission and is able to provide
complimentary notary services to clients with
Final Parcel Maps and Tract Maps that will be
recorded.
